Daisho Development Sydney Pte Ltd trading as Park Hyatt Sydney will award one (1) Overnight Stay Accommodation and valet parking for one (1) vehicle and breakfast for two (2) and a dinner for two (2) at The Dining Room to the value of $300 and two (2) $500 in-hotel spend credit to the three best submissions in the 35th Anniversary of Park Hyatt Sydney Moments’ Stories on Friday 6 December 2024.

THE COMPETITION 1. This competition will commence 6pm Thursday 1 August 2024 and finish 5pm Saturday 30 November 2024 (“Competition Period”). To enter this competition, a participant must fully complete the form submission on wwww.parkhyattsydneysuites.com/submitastory during the Competition Period to be considered as an entry to win either a (1) Overnight Stay Accommodation and valet parking for one (1) vehicle and breakfast for two (2) and a dinner for two (2) at The Dining Room to the value of $300 or two (2) $500 in-hotel spend credit.

THE PRIZE 1. There is a total of three (3) prizes that will be issued to three winners. 2. One person will win one (1) Overnight Stay Accommodation and valet parking for one (1) vehicle and breakfast for two (2) and a dinner for two (2) at The Dining Room to the value of $300. 3. Two people will win $500 in-hotel spend credit each.

HOW TO ENTER 1. The competition is open to individuals who are over 18 years of age; are a resident of Australia. 2. A maximum of one entry per person per story may be submitted. 3. To be entered into the story submission competition, you must complete in full and submit a story by 5pm Saturday 30 November 2024. 4. Park Hyatt Sydney takes no responsibility for entries that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason whatsoever. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Park Hyatt Sydney.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Participants must enter by filling out the story form submission via the Park Hyatt Sydney Suites’s Submit A Story website. 2. By submitting their entry, participants have provided permission to publish their story and accompanying photography and/or video content on the website. 3. Participants’ contact information will be used exclusively for the purpose of the story submission. Should Park Hyatt Sydney need to contact the participant regarding a winning entry, this information will be used solely for that purpose and will not be utilised for any promotional or marketing activities. 3. The period for eligible participation is 6pm Thursday 1 August 2024 to 5pm Saturday 30 November 2024 (“Competition Period”). 4. Winner will be notified via email. 5. Winner will be determined via a list of judging criteria. 6. Employees of Park Hyatt Sydney and their families are not eligible to enter to win a prize. 8. By accepting these terms and conditions, participants agree to our privacy policy and the winner agrees to allow the Park Hyatt Sydney to publish their first name on Park Hyatt Sydney’s social media pages and that Park Hyatt Sydney is removed from any and all liabilities that may arise from the use of the prizes.

LIABILITY 1. Park Hyatt Sydney accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered [including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss] or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 2. Park Hyatt Sydney accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation. 3. Unless due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all valid prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool value will be honoured. 4.
